- PolyGRA
This is an innovative and economic solution from Gradient where superior quality Polymer Modified Asphalt (PMA) is produced at asphalt plant with addition of a polymeric modifier – PolyGRA - directly into the mixer. PolyGRA offers higher resistance to rutting and deformation increasing service life of pavements.
- Bitumen Emulsion
Bitumen Emulsion in Nigeria was made possible under the same management of Gradient. It was part of its R&D in seeking for more environmentally safe products that lead to the first production of Bitumen Emulsion in Nigeria. Gradient offers all grades of quality Bitumen Emulsions.
- Modified Bitumen
Gradient offers different types of modified bitumen which is produced with the addition of polymers and other additives. These additives lead to modification of strength and rheological properties of the Penetration Grade Bitumen. The addition of polymers will significantly increase the elasticity and ageing resistance of Bitumen, thus making asphalt less prone to deformation and cracking under heavy loads over time. Various types of polymers are used for varying sought-after effects on the characteristics of asphalt mix.
